GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF ACTION AND CRITERIA TO SELECT THE PROJECTS

Our ethical code has been drafted by “Garrigues Lawyers and Consultants” and is guided by the following general principles of action:

Fundación Málaga was set up with the aim of the developing heritage, culture, research, society and environment by means of programmes carried out within the province of Málaga and with its people. To achieve this aim, Fundación Málaga will collaborate, through its patronage, in the financing of several artistic, cultural, research, social and environmental programmes.

When it comes to select the projects that will be financed by the foundation in order to achieve it aims, the highest openness and rigour are required. Fundación Málaga also will look after the principles of public service, equal opportunities, effectiveness and avoidance of discrimination.
